Everything started with Friends from the past who triggered the idea to have a place to meet, eat, and celebrate.

What started out as Cafe-Ouzerie (καφέ - ουζερί) for friends, became a tavern well-known for the high-quality of the food and listed in many renown guidebooks.

Since 1996 the tavern is runed by Giannis Marnelakis with his international staff from all over the world. Besides Greek and English, Albanian, Dutch, German, and Serbian are also spoken in Polifimos.
